Where do you ship?
We ship world-wide, with the exclusion of some countries, sadly we do not ship to:
Ivory Coast · Lebanon · Macedonia · Nigeria · Pakistan · Ukraine · Russia
To find shipping alternatives and estimated delivery time for a specific country, just fill in the address and postcode in the "shipping details" section when completing your order. Parcels are sent from our central warehouse Habo in Sweden.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We use our local logistics partners in your country for our standard shipping.
France: La Poste
Germany: Deutsche Post
United Kingdom: Royal Mail
Austria: Österreichische post AG
Your parcel will be sent to the delivery address you specified in your order.
(Our express shipping is directly to your address. Make sure that the phone number you entered is correct so that you can be notified when your shipment arrives.)
How much does shipping cost?
At Nudient we offer free shipping world-wide when shopping for more than 199 SEK (19.90 EUR, 19.90 USD, 19.90 GBP, 19.90 CHF, 199 NOK and 149 DKK)
What is the delivery time?
We strive to get your order sent as soon as possible.
Usually, as long as your product is in stock/not an advance order, your parcel will be shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours of you placing your order.
You will receive an automatic shipping confirmation as soon as your parcel has left our warehouse.After this, it usually takes between 2-6 business days to deliver your parcel directly into your mailbox. Make sure that your name is on your letter box/door so that your parcel can be delivered.
Please note that the delivery time is only an estimate and this may deviate. This applies particularly during promotions and public holidays and is not something that Nudient or its delivery partners have any control over.
We are currently experiencing some delays right now due to a lesser workforce at our warehouse as a result of the current situation.
Parcels are not transported during weekends and public holidays.
Can I track my order?
Yes, if you have received a tracking number, then you can track your parcel.

If you don’t receive your case within 10 working days, please get in touch with us for assistance and we will help you look into your parcel.
I think my shipment is lost, what do I do?
If it has been more than 10 working days since the tracking was last updated and you suspect it has been lost, please contact us on email@example.com and we will look into your shipment.
