What are the conditions for exchange and return?

You may exchange or return one or all products purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receipt of the product.

 

The product must meet the following requirements:

  1. The product should be in the same new condition as when received.
  2. The product should be in its original packaging with intact labels and protective adhesive labels.
  3. If a free item was received as part of a promotion, this will be charged if the charged item is returned without the free product.

 

An exchange can only be made for a product of the same value. If you want to exchange for a more expensive product, you must first make a return and we will issue a full refund. You can then place a new order for the correct product.

 

A refund will be made on the price left after any return costs are taken off. If your item has been purchased at a promotional price, it is the price you paid for the item that will be refunded. 

 

Products purchased from a dealer, cannot be exchanged or reclaimed with us. Please get in touch with your dealer concerning your issue.

Can I make an exchange

Yes, please visit our return page HERE and follow the instruction for an exchange.

 

Be aware that an exchange can only be made for a product of the same value. If you want to exchange for a more expensive product, you must first make a return and we will issue a full refund. You can then place a new order for the correct product.

 

How do you refund my return?

Once you have made your return and we have checked that your product meets our return conditions, we will issue a refund. The refund will be made with the same payment method you used to make your purchase.

 

If you have paid with Klarna invoice, please get in touch with them to have the invoice paused while waiting for your return to be approved. You can also choose to pay your invoice and Klarna will issue a refund as soon as your return is completed.

 

If you have not received a refund within 14 days after notifying our support team of the return, please get in contact with them again.
