Why hasn't my order been shipped/delivered? 

Orders from black friday (26 nov) and onwards
If you ordered an iPhone 12 case on black friday (26 nov) and onwards the majority of our iPhone 12 cases were on pre order. We have just received most of the restock and our warehouse is working around the clock to ship all of the orders this week and in the beginning of next. You will receive an email when your order has left our warehouse! 

 

We are so sorry if you found the communication regarding this as unclear and hope that you will like your new products :)

 

Orders before the 26th of November

If you ordered your iPhone 12 case before black friday (26nov) due to an error in our system,  the pre order button did not work on a few cases which made it possible for some cases to oversell. We are so sorry for this, and you should have received information that the case that you ordered was on pre order/out of stock on beforehand. 

 

We have just received most of the restock and our warehouse is working around the clock to ship all orders this week and in the beginning of next. You will receive an email when the order has left our warehouse! :)

 

Not delivered 

If your order has been shipped from our warehouse but you haven't received it yet, there might be a delay with our logistics partners. Some countries have unfortunately more delays than others, due to high demand since Black Friday and Christmas. We ask you to wait a few days and if you’ve not received your order - send us another email and we will help you out :)
