Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
You are always welcome to contact us and check if a change in the order is possible, however your order is usually handled immediately so that you can receive it as fast as possible so a change in order is usually not something we can do.

Can I track my delivery?
When our order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your parcels tracking information.

My parcel contains damaged products
It is very important that as a customer, you carefully examine your products at arrival. If there is any product that is broken or damaged when your receive your shipment, please get in touch with our customer support. Specify the order number and attach photographs of the damaged product.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience this may cause you and we will help you out in the best way possible.
Campaigns and promotions
During campaigns and promotions, the delivery time can exceed the normal estimated time as there is usually a lot more sold during these times.
But we always try to keep to our estimated timeframe!
