How to make an exchange or a return?

 

You may exchange or return one or all products purchased from our website within 30 days from the day you receive your product. Note that an exchange can only be made on a product with the same or lesser value. If you want to exchange for a more expensive product, you must first make a return and we will make you a refund. You can then place an order for the correct product. 

During a return a refund will be made of the price paid after any return cost is taken off, if the product was purchased at a promotional price, it is this price that will be refunded (after return price is deducted). 

Products purchased by a retailer/dealer cannot be exchanges or reclaimed with us. Please get in touch with your retailer concerning your issue. 

 

The product to be exchanged or returned must meet the following requirements: 

- The product/s are in the same new condition as when received

- The product/s are in its original packaging with intact labels and protective adhesive labels

Please do not forget to notify us by email once the package is posted!

Once you have notified the Customer support team that you have returned your parcel, we will create a return ticket. When we have received your return and checked that your product/s meet our return conditions, we will issue a refund. The refund will be made to the same payment method you used to make your purchase. If you paid with Klarna invoice, please contact them to have your invoice paused while the return is being processed. 

You can also choose to pay your invoice and you will later get a refund from Klarna when we have approved your return. 

If you have returned your product/s, notified our customer support of the return and had it confirmed, but still have not received your refund after 14 days, PLEASE get in touch with our Customer support team and we will assist you. 

Cost of Exchange: 

The cost of exchange is free, but if you decide that you want a refund after having returned your items for free you will get charged with the cost of return. 

For Customers in the UK/US this will be 5 GBP/USD 

 

Cost of return: 
Sweden: 34,90 SEK 

Norway: 49 NOK 

UK: We do not issue a return or customs label for the UK, this is covered by the customer.
